This is your spot-saving deposit for Vaycay.

The balance of $500 is due by January 1, plus a recommended $35 (or more if you can) contribution to the scholarship fund). Total payment covers lodging, shoot supplies, and all food (dinner Monday night through breakfast Thursday morning).

Deposits and balances are refundable only if we are able to fill your spot.
No refunds are possible after January 1.

We reserve the right to refund the deposit of anyone who isn’t aligned with this trip’s mission of creating an unconditionally supportive, body-positive, anti-racist, queer-affirming space for womxn and non-binary photographers.
